'Residency' Sex Offender Bill Passes in Senate
A bill sponsored by Senator Ortt passed in the Senate Thursday. It redefines what substitutes as a residency and fixes a loophole that essentially allows sex offenders to spend a considerable amount of at a residence other than the primary one registered with the state.
