The coronavirus has caused pushed many New Yorkers into a state of financial insecurity. Deputy Senate Majority Leader Mike Gianaris (D-Queens) is out with a proposal that would suspend rent payments for the next 90 days for those who have lost their job or had to close their business due to the virus. He joined the show to discuss the proposal.
