STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A delegation from the Staten Island Board of Realtors traveled to Albany April 21 to meet with state lawmakers and advocate for policies aimed at expanding housing access and strengthening consumer protections.
The group held discussions with Assembly members Charles D. Fall, Sam Pirozzolo and Michael Tannousis, along with legislative staff for state Sens. Jessica Scarcella-Spanton and Andrew J. Lanza. The real estate professionals joined other real estate agents from across New York in pressing for legislation affecting buyers, sellers and renters.
