State Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate District) announced today that his office has free information available about college tuition assistance programs.
“The opportunity to earn a college degree should be available to all who seek it. There are many different programs available to help make a college education more affordable. Families who are preparing to send a child to college can contact my office to learn more about the numerous state and federal financial aid assistance programs,” said Senator Fuschillo.
The 2010-11 College Financial Aid Chart provides information about numerous state and federal scholarships, grants, tax credits, and loan programs that are available to help reduce higher education expenses for families. Using the chart, individuals can find out about eligibility criteria and application deadlines for each of the different programs, as well as the amount of financial assistance these programs provide.
