On April 15th, 2009 Senator Maziarz welcomed a student from the Czech Republic named Adela Hlozkova into his District Office in Wheatfield for a visit.  Adela is participating in a foreign exchange program in her hometown of Prague, and has been studying at North Tonawanda High School throughout the past year.  Senator Maziarz invited her to visit his district office in order to provide her with a first-hand experience of how government works in the state of New York.  Adela is enjoying her stay in Western New York very much, and will continue to study at North Tonawanda High School through the end of the school year in June.
