Senator Golden Partners WITH the Visiting Nurse Service to Offer Free Flu Shots

Brooklyn- State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C, 22nd District) in conjunction with the Visiting Nurse Service, will offer 400 free flu shots to the community on Thursday, October 8, 2009 from 10:00 a.m.- 3:00 pm at the Bay Ridge Manor, located at 476-76th Street.
Senator Marty Golden stated, "I am proud to once again partner with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York to make available the flu vaccination to this community at no cost. It is so important that everyone who should get a flu shot does in fact get the vaccination.”
An appointment is necessary and can be made by calling Senator Golden’s office at (718) 238-6044.
