Senator Fuschillo & Assemblyman Saladino Inform Massapequa Commuters How to Fight Mta’s Proposed Lirr Fare Hikes

Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (R-Merrick) and Assemblyman Joseph Saladino (R-Massapequa) today visited the Massapequa Train Station to inform residents how they can fight the MTA’s proposed LIRR fare hike.
Senator Fuschillo and Assemblyman Saladino informed commuters about their online petition against the MTA’s proposal to raise LIRR fares by as much as 9.4 percent. Senator Fuschillo will be presenting the signatures collected through the online petition to the MTA Board of Directors at a public hearing they will be holding on the issue on September 16th.
