Nearly $9 million in New Investment in the Ellenville Area.  Plan Provides long term income to Help Ellenville Hospital and Quality Affordable Housing for Seniors.

State Senator John Bonacic, a Member of the Senate Committee on Housing, Construction, and Community Development, announced today that an additional 44 units of senior housing will be built in Ellenville, adjacent to the Ellenville Regional Hospital.  Rent structure will be between $275 and $540 per month.
