Applications now being accepted for the 2011 Edna A. Lauterbach Scholarship Fund for New York State nurses

Applications are now being accepted for the 2011 Edna A. Lauterbach Scholarship, a fund established exclusively for New York State nurses that wish to further their careers in home and community-based care.

Registered (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are urged to apply for scholarships of up to $2,000 that can be used for tuition, books, specialty training and education, and other educational-related expenses.

 

 

This Scholarship Fund provides financial support for nurses looking to maximize opportunities in this growing market.

 

Applications must be received by June 1, 2011. Scholarships will be awarded in August 2011, in time for the Fall 2011 semester.
