Following is a letter Senator Fuschillo sent to the Port Authority's Board of Commissioners urging them to reject a proposal to raise tolls on the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels, the George Washington Bridge, and the bridges connecting Staten Island and New Jersey. The Port Authority Board is scheduled to vote on the proposal on August 19th.
