From Oct. 3 - 7, 2001, NYS Democratic Conference Leader John Sampson and NYS Senator Eric Adams, accompanied by members of their staff, visited Wonju City, South Korea, where they were greeted by Deputy Mayor Yoong-Hoon Park.  While in South Korea the Senate delegation visited RDF's Green Industrial Waste Management facility in Buscan, visited Household Refuse Management in Wonju, and visited Hyundai's High Speed Rail system.
