            The Public Hearing of the New York State Senate Racing, Gaming and Wagering Committee scheduled for September 9, 2011 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Nassau County Office Building, 1550 Franklin Avenue, Mineola, is cancelled.  The Public Hearing will be rescheduled for a date, time and location to be announced.
