Auburn – Senator Mike Nozzolio recently spoke during the annual Owasco Lake Day meeting where he presented members of the Wasileski family with a special New York State Resolution that he prepared to honor the life of  Dr. Joseph Wasileski, a distinguished citizen and devoted member of the Auburn Community.  Dr. Wasileski, who passed away on April 17, 2011, was the former President of the Owasco Watershed Lake Association and a passionate advocate for the cleanup of Owasco Lake.
