Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (R – Merrick) is offering a free cyber-safety brochure to help parents keep their children safe and secure while using the Internet.
The Internet Safety: What Every Parent Should Know brochure provides information about how parents can utilize parental control tools to help keep their children safe while using the Internet.
The brochure also offers a list of “simple rules for online safety” that parents can instruct their children to follow so that they protect themselves when going online. Additionally, the brochure offers tips on ground rules parents can establish with their children before using the Internet.
