Brooklyn, NY - State Senator Kevin Parker, A Shared Dream Foundation and other sponsors host 8th Annual ‘A Shared Dream’ tribute in word and song to the life and legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The free, annual musical showcase will feature local and diverse performing artists and Stellar-Award winning gospel recording artist Byron Cage. The tribute concert unites all faiths, youth performers, community leaders and Central Brooklyn residents. U.S. Senator Charles Schumer and other elected officials are expected to attend and pay tribute as well.
