"The Tappan Zee Bridge is the largest infrastructure project in the nation and will be a key driver of our region's economic growth. With a goal of 10% disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation - or $314 million - there are ample opportunities for local small businesses, including those owned by minorities and women, to work on the New NY Bridge. It is critical to make sure disadvantaged businesses get a foot in the door with so much economic opportunity at the doorstep," said Senator Andrea Stewart-Cousins (D/I/WF - 35th District).
