Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently visited Spectrum Designs Foundation in Port Washington to congratulate Brent Matthew Lillard on receiving the William B. Joslin Outstanding Performance Award from New York State Industries for the Disabled. Brent was nominated for the award by the Foundation, which aims to provide gainful employment and meaningful work opportunities to individuals with autism, for all his hard work and the crucial role he plays there.
