(Bronx, NY)- Senator Serrano joined New York City Councilwoman Vanessa Gibson for her Black History Month celebration at the Bronx Museum of the Arts. The event included an awards ceremony and musical entertainment and was widely attended by the community.

"Black History Month is a wonderful display of history, unity and the achievements that have been made in our community.
