(Albany, NY)- Senator Serrano met with advocates from the League of Humane Voters New York State (LOHV-NYS) in Albany to discuss ways to better protect and care for animals in New York State.

"It was a pleasure meeting with advocates from the League of Humane Voters," said Senator Serrano. "It is saddening that so many of our beloved animals become victims of abuse. It is important to be the voice for these defenseless animals and ensure that we protect them.
