(Bronx, NY)- Senator Serrano appeared on BronxNet Television's OPEN 2.0, where he discussed issues facing students and youth in our community. Senator Serrano expressed the need for more mentorship and internship opportunities to help give our youth a broad array of career paths to choose from.
