(Upper West Side, NY) - Senator Serrano joined the Broadway Mall Association for a ribbon cutting ceremony of a new public art installation along Broadway from W. 70th Street to W. 168th Street. The installation showcases sculptures from American artist Don Gummer.
"I had a wonderful time at the ribbon cutting ceremony for Broadway Mall's new public art exhibit," said Senator Serrano. "The arts and culture are the lifeblood of New York City and public art along the Broadway Mall is a true celebration of that rich heritage. I want to thank the Broadway Mall Association and artist Don Gummer for providing New Yorkers with such a wonderful sight along their daily commutes."
