State Senator Patty Ritchie met new Fort Drum Garrison Commander Colonel Bryan Laske this week, at a special ceremony to mark the groundbreaking of a new monument at Watertown’s Thompson Park to honor 10^th Mountain Division troops.

Prior to his arrival at Fort Drum, Col. Laske served at the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
