Ritchie Welcomes North Country “Youths of the Year” to State Capitol

State Senator Patty Ritchie welcomed two North Country teens to the State Capitol this week, to recognize them for their being named “Youths of the Year” by their local Boys & Girls Clubs.

Receiving the special honor were Kinnon LaRose of Ogdensburg, and Antonio Bell of Fort Drum.  Both were named “Youths of the Year” for their strong leadership values and academic excellence.
