Senator Jack M. Martins (R-7th Senate District) recently joined with the Elmont community in honoring the Elmont High School Boys Basketball Team for capturing the 2016 New York State Championship.  This was the first state championship in the team’s history.  Senator Martins attended the victory celebration the community held for the Spartans and congratulated the players and coaches on their historic season.
