State Senator John A. DeFrancisco was pleased to recognize Joseph O'Hara and Judge Nicholas Midey during the Syracuse St. Patrick's Grand Marshal Dinner on Friday, March 11, 2016. Joseph O'Hara was named the 2016 Grand Marshal and Judge Midey was named the Gael of the Year.  To help honor these outstanding citizens, Senator DeFrancisco presented them both with separate New York State Senate Proclamations.
