Senator John A. DeFrancisco is pictured with Kayla McKeon, the 2016 Champion of Change Self-Advocate of the Year by the National Down Syndrome Society. Kayla officially received the natinoal award in Washington, D.C. on April 11, 2016. The New York State Senate presented Kayla with a Legislative Resolution for all of her accomplishments on the Senate Floor, May 11, 2016.
