Senator Serrano Celebrates The Annual Puerto Rican Day Parade

Senator Serrano marched in the 59th Annual Puerto Rican Day parade, which takes place along 5th Avenue in Manhattan. The parade is widely attended by hundreds of thousands of people of all nationalities and celebrates the history and culture of Puerto Rico.
"Puerto Ricans have made tremendous contributions to New York City, and the entire country. This parade is a celebration of our unique ability to cross cultural boundaries while remaining true to our roots. It is always an honor to march in this parade, and embrace Puerto Rican culture."
