Senator Serrano Participates In The Bronx Opera's Production Of "Handel's Messiah"

Senator Serrano joined The Bronx Opera and other elected officials for a presentation of Handel's Messiah at Bronx Community College. Senator Serrano served as one of the presenters for this annual holiday event and recited a passage to the engaged crowd. The Senator along with Congressman José E. Serrano, participate in this magnificent Bronx holiday tradition every year. Senator Serrano is a long-time supporter of the arts and serves as the Ranking Member on the Senate Committee on Cultural Affairs, Tourism, Parks & Recreation.
