Take Care New York Community Engagement session for Bay Ridge

Please see the attached flyer for the Take Care New York Community Engagement session for Bay Ridge, taking place next Wednesday, January 27th from 6-8pm at the Bay Ridge Library. The purpose of these sessions, which are being held in all 5 boroughs, is to hear directly from the community what their health priorities are and to connect programs and/or funding to support these priorities. We encourage all members of the community to take part in this important conversation!
