Waterloo – Senator Mike Nozzolio recently attended the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce annual dinner, where he presented this year’s recipients with special New York State Resolutions that were drafted and presented in their honor.  Lifetime Medical Associates PC and Doctor Timothy Ryan received the 2015 Business of the Year award, Rhonda Pollino received the 2015 Rising Star Award, Colleen Spellecy received the Citizen of the Year Award, and Larry Ledgerwood received the 2015 Lifetime Achievement Award.
