I’m gratified that the state has come through with a solution that meets both the short term needs of residents of Orleans and provides a long term solution to a problem that has impacted this community for far too long.

I want to express my thanks to the Governor and his top aides for listening to the people of this community and formulating this plan that will provide critical relief that protects the health of residents and positions the community for growth in the future.
