(Albany, New York) – Senator Todd Kaminsky today issued the following statement on Governor Cuomo’s introduction of legislation to close the LLC loophole.

“Untraceable, dark, and nearly unlimited money has tainted our government for far too long.  It is time to restore integrity to our elections and power back into the hands of voters. I applaud Governor Cuomo for this bold legislation that would close the LLC loophole immediately.  I have been fighting for this legislation since my first day in office and I call on my colleagues in Albany to take action before session ends next month."
