Senator Serrano spoke to a packed house of River Park Towers residents at Roberto Clemente State Park. The event was organized by Congressman Adriano Espaillat and co-sponsored by Senator Serrano, Council Member Vanessa Gibson and Assemblywoman Latoya Joyner. Tenants were invited to come share their concerns, speak on building conditions and address quality of life issues.

Gibson & Assemblywoman Latoya Joyner, along with reps from the NYPD 46 Precinct and neighboring Roberto Clemente State Park. It was a very important discussion and gave us the opportunity to listen and respond to the concerns of our local residents.
