Statement From Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins On The Passing Of Leonard Spano
February 10, 2019
“My thoughts and prayers are with the Spano family as we all mourn the loss of Leonard. The dedicated patriarch of the Spano family, Leonard was a proud public servant who served Westchester residents for over three decades as a County Legislator and as County Clerk. He helped inspire his children, and many others, to take up public service. May his memory be a blessing and a source of pride for the entire Spano family and all of Westchester County.”
