Senator David Carlucci Calls on State to Investigate Guardrails & Overpass Following Fatal Pearl River Crash

The New York State Department of Transportation must investigate the stretch of Route 304 immediately where Sunday's tragic car accident happened. No vehicle should be able to plunge off an overpass. We need the NYSDOT to determine if the guardrails need to be modified or if other improvements should be made to the overpass to prevent another tragedy from happening. I stand with our Pearl River community in this time of grief."
