Thanks to breakthroughs in modern medicine, transplants are more successful than ever before. Policies and systems to support organ donation must keep up. This bill will ensure families have more of a say in how their loved one’s final wishes are carried out. At the same time, we will increase organ donation and more lives will be saved. I am proud to co-sponsor this bill and ask that the Governor sign it into law.
