Cuomo and New York Democrats, taxpayer-funded corporate welfare has become essential to attracting any new business to our state, and as we have seen recently, even that is not enough to sway some companies. The ‘Re-Open NY for Business Plan’ seeks to address the root causes of our state’s frail economy and fix the problem these New York regressives created.
