Ritchie, Area Leaders Call for Additional Businesses to Open During "Phase One" of State's Reopening

On Saturday, May 2nd, Senator Ritchie and local leaders penned a letter to Governor Cuomo, urging him to allow additional upstate businesses to reopen at the start of "Phase One" of the state's reopening, slated to take place on May 15th.
