Ritchie, Area Leaders Urge Governor to Adopt Regional Approach to Reopening of New York State

On Friday, April 17, 2020, Senator Ritchie along with Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay, Assemblyman Ken Blankenbush, Assemblyman Mark Walczyk, Jefferson County Board of Legislators Chair Scott Gray, Oswego County Board of Legislators Chair James Weatherup and St. Lawrence County Board of Legislators Chair Joseph Lightfoot sent a letter to Governor Cuomo regarding the reoepning of New York State.
