(Rockville Centre, New York) — Today, Senator Todd Kaminsky announced that he helped secure $23,200 in grant funding for after-school care programs in Baldwin run by the Friedberg JCC to help keep children and staff safe, while enhancing learning opportunities. The grants that Senator Kaminsky helped secure were administered by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services through funding from the federal CARES Act.

“Safe, quality child care for our kids is more important now than ever,” said Senator Todd Kaminsky. “I am confident that this vital funding will go a long way for children, teachers and parents alike, while ensuring they stay safe during this most difficult time.”
