ALBANY, N.Y. – Senate Deputy Leader Michael Gianaris issued this statement following Governor Kathy Hochul’s 2022 State of the State address.
“I was heartened to hear support for many Senate priorities, including SUNY and CUNY funding, the Housing Our Neighbors with Dignity Act, and continued voting reforms. While these speeches always sound good, these priorities need real support in the upcoming budget presentation to be effectuated.”
