“My heart breaks for all those affected by this morning’s shooting at Central Visual & Performing Arts High School in St. Louis. Schools used to be places where our children could feel safe – that is simply no longer the case. Again, we have a community left reeling in the pain of a tragedy that has become far too common. We cannot tolerate it. We must continue to press forward on proven solutions to gun violence.”
