ASTORIA, N.Y. – Senate Deputy Leader Michael Gianaris issued this statement following a fatal fire in Astoria, Queens.
“My heart goes out to the loved ones of the child and young adult who perished this afternoon in a house fire on 46th Street. Thank you to the brave first responders who prevented the fire from spreading. My office is ready to support those displaced.”
