Senator Addabbo Advocates for Bleeding Disorder Reforms During March Awareness Month

Representatves from the New York State Bleeding Disorder Coalition met with Senator Addabbo at his Albany office on March 16, 2026. His constituent Elizabeth Cedeno (third from left), who is the Executive Director of the Hemophilia Association of NY, first met with Addabbo in Albany nine years ago where she was accompanied by her two sons who have bleeding disorders and enlightened the Senator as to what issues needed to be addressed.
