The Build It Back outreach campaign seeking out the remainder of the homeowners affected by Superstorm Sandy is winding down, but the post-Sandy reconstruction project is no means coming to a close.

State Sen. Joe Addabbo Jr. (D-Howard Beach) is urging homeowners to submit documentation for eligibility determination and damage assessment as the program begins to wind down.
