Addabbo testifies about Rockaway Beach closures

Recently, State Senator Joseph P. Addabbo, Jr. testified in front of the NYC Council at a hearing about the beach erosion on the Rockaways and how to combat its negative effects. Addabbo, a member of the State Senate Environmental Conservation Committee, believes that measures can be immediately taken to open some of the closed beaches for this year.
