While I appreciate the efforts of the MTA in providing the critical service of public mass transit and their ongoing initiative to improve upon such services, I believe it’s imperative for the MTA to comprehend the concerns and suggestions of their riders during the Queens bus redesign project. I look forward to listening to my constituents on this matter and working with the MTA to enhance their services, which effect the daily lives of the riders.
